Hi everyone — thank you again for standing beside me and Tiny. I wanted to share something more personal today. Most people know Tiny is my service dog… but they may not know what she truly means to me. Tiny is trained to alert before my seizures and before my POTS episodes when I’m about to pass out. She gives me minutes…sometimes seconds…to get to safety. She has saved my life more times than I can count. I often wonder if she knows just how important she is…or if she just thinks she’s getting extra adventures and pup cups with her mom. Either way, she is my lifeline. And that is why Tiny’s Bill matters so much. Service dogs aren’t pets they are medical equipment, life-saving partners, and stabilizing support during emergencies. When handlers and service dogs are separated unnecessarily, the consequences can be traumatic…or deadly. Tiny’s Bill is about education, protection, accountability, and preventing harm before it happens. It’s not about punishing anyone…it’s about making sure every handler and their service dog are treated with understanding and safety during critical moments.
