The ADA was written 35 years ago. Back then, pay phones were on every corner. Before smartphones, before social media, before bodycams. But here’s the truth: in 2025, that same old law is still all disabled people and their service dogs have to depend on. And too often, it’s failing us. Rights shouldn’t be optional depending on the moment. They should be guaranteed.
