I  wrote a letter for the Action Network letter campaign: Massachusetts - Workplace Psychological Safety Act.

Workplace bullying and mobbing are forms of psychological abuse perpetrated through interpersonal abuse that violate an employee’s inherent basic human right to dignity.

Right now, it's perfectly legal to psychologically abuse workers as long as it's not discriminatory. But even when it is, workers don't have enough protections when they have to prove discriminatory intent.

If you have ever experienced this or watched it happen to another person, co-worker or a loved one, support these people because no one deserves this and justice needs to happen to hold these employers accountable. Please email with any questions!!!  Let’s make a change together .
