Hey everyone !!! I want to thank everyone who has supported me in my efforts to make a change. I am so appreciative over the support. Whether or not something comes out of this , I just want my voice to be heard and I’m looking for a change as it affects not only myself but many others in the same situation. During this time I have committed myself to making a difference. Instead of being a victim, I choose to be a change. Please help me succeed by getting as many people to sign for me as possible. Anyone that knows me, knows I am not one to give up when I feel strong about something and this is one of those moments. I care so much because I can’t bare to think of anyone else going thru the situation I went thru.  This is for  anyone with disabilities, mental health, trauma , ptsd and much more. In the state of New York we must give documented facts from doctors when you have any kind situation to have the job acknowledge it by law and unfortunately there is no law in place that stops psychological safety. I actually wrote the owner and the corporate office and have not heard anything back . Then I wrote to the NYS Human Rights division but more than likely it will be hard to prove my case because I had no documentation prior to this situation. The fact that a manager can approach an employee and continue to approach in such a hostile way, and get away with it without pulling a person to the side and have compassion or empathy to actually listen on my decisions when in fact, I am a survivor of domestic violence. It is very invalidating and dismissive. Not only have I been approached this way once but many times and I’ve watched many others go thru this as well. The outcome was never pleasant for anyone. No person should ever have to be put into situations where they feel scared to speak their truth or be invalidated based off an experience of trauma, then to relive that trauma and lose their job because they try to defend their self against a manager that did not care to understand when it came to a safety issue. It’s unprofessional and just wrong. No one should be treated in such a way. We are all humans and we deserve to be treat as one. Thank you so much .
