Every Tail Deserves Justice.

In California, animals can still be abused, neglected, bred in back alleys, and mutilated in cages — all with little to no consequence. Dogs on Skid Row are being kept in filthy tents, bred repeatedly, and sold while pregnant. Others suffer backyard C-sections by unlicensed breeders. These aren’t rare exceptions — they’re happening right now, and current laws aren’t stopping it.

We demand the California Legislature pass the Every Tail Matters Act to:

Make felony animal cruelty punishable by $25,000 fines and mandatory jail time
Ban unlicensed backyard breeding and home surgeries
Require veterinarians and shelters to report suspected abuse
Create a National Public Animal Abuser Registry

We call on Assemblymember Joe Patterson and the California State Legislature to sponsor and pass this bill immediately.
