Sierra Alvarez is the latest victim of a murder-suicide that happened in my hometown, Brookfield, Wisconsin.  I will be advocating on behalf of my son Henry Teuteberg, Sierra and all the precious lives that have been lost. I will be advocating for them at The Day of Action September 21st at our State Capitol in Madison, Wisconsin. 

These life-saving Red Flag laws can help prevent gun violence and save lives. By temporarily removing firearms from individuals determined to be at risk of committing gun violence against others or themselves, red flag laws can help prevent tragedies like the one that happened to my son and so many others. Having the Red Flag Law/Extreme Risk Protection Order in Wisconsin will help prevent tragedies like the one that happened to my son Henry and now Sierra. It will save innocent lives and prevent other families from experiencing the same loss and heartbreak as I’m going through.  Sincerely, Henry’s Mother
