Currently there are only Nineteen states plus Washington, D.C.,that have passed the Red Flag laws, it lets police or a family petition a court to temporarily remove guns from someone who poses a threat to others, or themselves. Even if you know someone who says ‘guns don’t kill people, people kill people,’ the Red Flag law will help figure out who those people are,".
