Friends,

I want to personally thank every single one of you who signed, shared, commented on, and supported the Jayden’s Law petition.

As of today, the final submission has been made to the Kentucky State Legislature. The petition, supporting documentation, case summaries, and legislative materials have all been formally delivered. There is nothing further that can be done from our side at this stage.

We have done what citizens are supposed to do.
We identified a failure in the system.
We spoke for children who can no longer speak for themselves.
We brought the facts, the names, the cases, and the urgency directly to those elected to act.

Now, it rests in the hands of the legislature.

Whether Jayden’s Law moves forward or not will no longer be determined by petitions, posts, or public pressure—but by the willingness of lawmakers to confront uncomfortable truths and protect vulnerable children.

No matter the outcome, know this: Jayden was not forgotten. His name was spoken. His story was heard. And because of this effort, it cannot be quietly ignored.
