Kentucky State Police report that the KSP Electronic Crime Branch arrested William David Sizemore on December 8 following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation.

Detectives began the investigation after discovering the suspect allegedly attempting to procure a minor online. Evidence was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination, and the investigation remains ongoing.

Sizemore is charged with one count of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means, a Class B felony. He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
