Ronald Exantus, who killed little Logan Tipton in 2015 and was recently released in Kentucky after serving just ten years, has been rearrested in Florida for failing to register as a felon.  He should have never been released in the first place. Hopefully with Jayden's Law, we can fix that issue as I plan to submit an amended version of Jayden's Law to our state legislature.
