Friends and supporters,

Our fight for Jayden’s Law continues — but now, we are fighting this battle on two fronts.

While we work tirelessly to see Jayden’s Law enacted to protect Kentucky’s children from neglect, abuse, and system failures, another case has once again shaken our hearts and our faith in justice.

Just days ago, Ronald Exantus, the man who brutally killed six-year-old Logan Tipton in Versailles, Kentucky, was released from prison after serving only ten years. Ten years — for a child’s life.

This is not justice.

As we fight to make sure Jayden’s name stands for change, we must also stand shoulder to shoulder with Logan’s family and every Kentuckian who believes our laws must protect the innocent and hold the guilty accountable.

💔 Jayden’s Law is about prevention.
⚖️ Justice for Logan Tipton is about accountability.

Both are necessary if we truly want to keep our children safe.

Please — if you’ve already signed Jayden’s Law, take one more minute and sign the Justice for Logan Tipton petition as well. Together, these efforts send a message that Kentucky will no longer tolerate weak laws or loopholes that allow violent offenders to walk free.

Sign the Justice For Logan Tipton Petition here!

Let’s unite for Jayden. Let’s unite for Logan.
And let’s make sure no more children fall through the cracks.

Thank you for continuing to stand with us. Your voice matters more than ever.
