Pikeville DUI & Child Endangerment Case (2025)

Defendant: Randa Williams, 29, of Pikeville.

Incident: Police responded to a crash alert and found her Jeep stopped in a busy traffic lane. Williams was visibly intoxicated and claimed to be “from the future” with delusional behavior. A juvenile boy in the third-row seat was crying and scared. 

Charges: Operating a motor vehicle under the influence (first degree), endangering the welfare of a minor, failure to produce insurance, failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, menacing, and resisting arrest. 

Booking & Status: Taken to Pike County Detention Center; arraignment expected soon.
