Encourage Congress to pass HR 761.
HR 761 protects the small mining community which is under attack in America. It recognizes the Minerals and Miners Advisory Council (MMAC) who are "organizing the traditional mining districts" in America.  The mining district representatives will be elected by Federal mining claim owners (clubs, associations and individuals) as our Representative Republic was intended to function. MMAC is staffed by miners for miners and not special interest groups, environmental groups which are influencing public policy, laws, regulations and closing our public lands at alarming rates. MMAC will be recognized as a Federal entity which self governs the mining claims and mining activity. Other entities cannot enact prohibitive and restrictive regulations, laws and burdensome and irrelevant rules which adversely affect the small miner.
