Fellow Ravers Seek Justice on EDCLV May of 2021 Rug Pull & Mishandling of Ticket Transfers

WE WANT TO BE MADE WHOLE AGAIN
WE DEMAND THAT INSOMNIAC & FRONT GATE TICKETS
OPEN UP TRANSFER WINDOWS FOR NEXT YEAR & OFFER FULL REFUNDS
Thousands of fellow ravers were ECSTATIC that we were going to reunite under the Electric Sky in May of 2021.(Allegedly) After we all closely monitored the situation throughout the months, the economies were opening back up and the "feels" came back for finally getting ready to attend EDCLV.
For most of us, 2020 was an extremely hard year and we looked forward to a little escape from reality with this event. The tickets for this event are not an easy feat to accomplish but we all somehow managed to make it happen. We got flights, rooms, Airbnb deposits, hotel deposits, rv deposits, etc....only to be told the event was no longer going to happen anymore. All that money was lost and never accounted for, the time to make this right is NOW.
Not only myself but thousands of people had requested a transfer to next years event or a complete refund and nothing has been done by Insomniac and Front Gate Tickets. Those of us who filled out the refund form within the time frame and never got a refund, are still in the dark.
They have cut off all phone and email communications in order to dismiss the thousands of people trying to contact them to either:
A. Get their money back
B. Transfer their ticket to EDCLV 22 in May
C. Request reimbursements as promised by event owner Pasquale Rotella.
This event should have been postponed until next year, not sneaked into the same year ultimately creating the biggest disaster in modern day dance festival history. Thousands and I mean thousands of people are trying to sell their tickets now that Insomniac dropped the ball on this. People should not have to sell their tickets for a ridiculous loss or give it to "Friend" as recommended by the generic copy and paste response given by Insomniac customer service.
INSOMNIAC is a MULTI-MILLION Dollar Worldwide Corporation...they must fix this for all of us.
