While it seems that there is talk of supporting every conceivable sector of the Canadian population with what can be perceived as “free” money after this Covid fiasco, it seems as if the seniors have once again, been cast aside!

After working for fifty and often more years, seniors are treated like they have served their purpose and no longer have any use in today’s society!   We are so concerned about everyone else, we are neglecting our history and those who have helped make this country what it is today!  The nursing home horrors of the last six months is evidence of how we seem to value our seniors!

Too many seniors do not earn or have enough money for their basic needs!  They are entitled to every opportunity that all Canadians are whether they are an infant or 100 years old.  Everyone talks about the need for more financial support for our senior population but talk is just that, talk.   Please help me try to make some changes by signing this petition!
