China is changing its constitution to allow its president, Xi Jinping to stay on power indefinitely. This is unarguably a complete driving-backward for its already one-party political system. And Hong Kong is under its rule. Britain should focus on their nationals living under Chinese rule, even it is decided to remain silent on China's political change.
