Some people argue why should a country be declared a terror state? All citizens cannot be declared as terrorists! Pakistan has perpetrated terrorism by state policy. The governments, army generals have fed on the venomous public sentiment of destroying India by one way or the other. Those who fail to see through this fail are soldiers every single day. Our soldiers do their duty, it's time we do ours and strengthen our foreign policy and national security through Constitutional means. The Bill to declare countries that sponsor terrorism is not just a declaratory legislation, it comes up with punitive measures like imposing trade and socio- economic sanctions on such countries. The collective consciousness of our society must be conveyed to our Parliamentarians so that we can fight the menace of terrorism militarily and politically.
