Request to India'n government pls take serious action towards Rapist's , India is country of rapes , Rape is the fourth most common crime against women in India. According to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) 2013 annual report, 24,923 rape cases were reported across India in 2012.Out of these, 24,470 were committed by someone known to the victim (98% of the cases). 
and the rapist enjoyed his whole life in jail like guests , why indian law shoud not take any serious action towards rapists ...???? Is government waiting for more rapes in future , is he is waiting for any world record , Government has powers , why ...why...why ..
simply i want  justice for rape victims ...in short to change & improve the law for rape : From A rapist to enjoy his whole life in jail like guests To Shoot and kill within 6 months after or on spot .
