I have created this petition to hopefully lobby government for change in the law and or a new law. So that when serious incidents like Log 752 and missing person(s) Miss Ellie Gooch are reported as victims of potentially serious crime, as promptly as time will allow. The public service is fairer and more transparent. Plus justice is swift not hastened; even by beucratic red tape, and all criminals are rightly punished.

The local authority of Bath, England has been subjected to a common purpose to corrupt the public services and public decency for several years. Not only by Governments own staff but by the people and businesses also. Common purposes of this nature are a terrorism which is a serious organised crime that’s also extremely subversive.

The public interest and public trust has been severely damaged and public safety has been compromised by these perjurers of contemptible negligence, destruction and cowardice. 

I would like Parliament to overrule the local authority of Bath, England with a new law in favour of utilising the governments databases material evidence, such as, the passport office and DVLA plus the Polices digital TETRA as a means of expert assertion that will prosecute and imprison the offenders. 

I would also like the local authorities social housing developer (Curo) to rehouse me immediately to avoid any more inconvenience and embarrassment from the past corrupt  abuses of the public services. 

999 Emergency Services Log (752) Crime Incident, 17 Jan 2016 19:00 PM.  Police Misconduct Ref 2016/060568 (18-22 Jan 2016). Public Enquiry, Home  Office Ref: T682/18.

The 2 officers that attended this incident were both on duty and in uniform. They arrived in a marked police vehicle and only one of them drove away without the other several miles to return to the local police station.

I had nowhere safe to live the whole time I resided at; 109 Monksdale Road Bath BA2 2JD United Kingdom, I began investigations via the regional Professional Standards Department and the National Crime Agency before I was made to leave this previous address. The Curo flat was repossessed because I failed to attend my flats repossession hearing on the 23 June 2017; due to depression caused by Log 752, plus the common purpose of local authority corruption and the fact that my Mum was dying from cancer and sepsis in hospital at the time.

My Mum was a civil servant with the Ministry of Defence and her Dad is an ex Service man with the British Army. There’s also a great grandfather whose job during World War One and Two was with the Police force and Old Scotland Yard. My dead Mother has an uncle Philip that engineered atomic submarines for the MoD’s Royal Navy. 

Now I have been formally evicted from Dartmouth Ave as well by CURO, 2018. Curo also had me arrested for malicious communications in regards to Miss Ellie Gooch. Curo stated that I have lied about Miss Ellie Gooch and that I must be mentally unwell. I have been put on a Mental Health Section 2 restriction recently because of this although the criminal charge of malicious communications has been dropped.

All the public services need to do is look again and or for the first time instead at the Material Evidence. The passport office and DVLA should be adequate databases to utilise an expert assertion via it’s material evidence. This will help establish my point about the real, Miss Ellie Gooch, compared to that of the imposter; not doppelgänger. Curo has been letting this imposter do Miss Ellie Gooch’s job and use her name for sometime since 2016. I personally only realised in December 2016 and had to wait for a second visit from this imposter in 2017 to have my worst fears confirmed. 

Miss Ellie Gooch took over from my original housing compliance officer not long after the Log 752 incident. My original Housing Compliance Officer was, Susan Banks. Of whom had been working with me during my starter tenancy in 2013 and throughout my assured tenancy agreement until Log 752. I believe in my own good faith that the real Miss Ellie Gooch that took over from Susan Banks was attempting to help me in respects of Log 752 and the anti social neighbours that had been a serious problem for a number of years. She must of challenged not only her boss but some bad cops and councillors as well.

Without anywhere safe to live after the Log 752 incident and being made homeless because of it plus since not being rehoused at all to present. I believe in my own good faith that this common purpose is seemingly in place and corruptly functioning because of BREXIT and it Cassus Belli aspects. 

When government has repeatedly and deliberately failed to follow its own laws, violated the fundamental human rights of it’s citizens, when it has stifled economic opportunity to maintain the dominance of the financial elite via BREXIT, plundered undemocratically through an absurd system of taxation and inflation, sold future generations into the poverty of debt slaveries bankruptcy, caused the act of transparency to do the very opposite of it’s purpose, maligned it’s service to the public with a failed system set up for the corruptions of the subversive, created social divides and established a corporate platform fit for the cultural beast of beasts, threatened the sanctity of the free press, created institutions intended to eliminate privacy of communication and accused the innocent of being malicious, waged war at the behest of special interest to the outrage of the general public world wide and wilfully endangered the peoples safety, killed hundreds and or thousands of children with drone strikes, imprisoned and destroyed the lives of countless individuals for victimless crimes, and abused it’s powers of office for the subterfuge of lying sexist sadist fascism plus suppressed political opposition unfairly, it is unfit to exist and it becomes the duty of the people to lobby government so as to alter or abolish it’s diabolical ways by whatever means necessary and secure our country’s liberty and sovereignty to ensure peace and prosperity for our nation.

I have sincere faith in regards to the public services empowering, effective and efficient fairness and transparency. Not the opposite and peoples help to make this petition work out for the best.
