Nous représentons donc une association à but non lucratif qui regroupe d'une part des membres qui sont des consommateurs et d'autre part des cultivateurs de cannabis. BE.0703.906.531 (www.cscbrussels.be)

Convaincus des nombreux avantages qui en découlent, nous militons en faveur d'une régularisation du cannabis en Belgique, notamment éviter l'interaction du consommateur thérapeutique et récréatif avec le marché noir, dénoncer les abus que la législation actuelle provoque chez les consommateurs de cannabis et exiger des pouvoirs publics une politique antidrogue plus juste et efficace. Promouvoir le débat social sur leur situation juridique et celle de leurs consommateurs. 

La législation belge en matière de drogues remonte à 1921. «Avec ce texte de loi, l’État a donné le contrôle à des structures mafieuses. Aujourd’hui, avec le trafic illégal, rien n’est sous contrôle». Nous ne défendons pas une vente libre du cannabis, mais des conditions strictes d’encadrement. 

Selon nous : "Cette pétition est une réaction à l'inefficacité d'une attitude prohibitionniste, maintenue trop longtemps comme paradigme dominant pour satisfaire les électeurs vieillissants et les lobbys pharmaceutiques. Pour nous, la création de ce club social sur le cannabis est une forme de militantisme pour la légalisation du cannabis en Belgique. Pour les prochaines élections régionales et fédérales de 2019, nous espérons faire des progrès majeurs dans cette direction!"

Nous revendiquons donc : 

1. La régularisation et l'encadrement du marché du cannabis THC. 
2. La qualité & la taxation des produits cannabiques. 
3. La lutte contre le marché noir & la criminalité. 
4. Prôner le modèle des cannabis social clubs en Belgique et surtout à Bruxelles ! 
5. Terminer avec l'hypocrisie du cannabis CBD (cannabidiol) 
6. Alléger le travail des autorités policières et judiciaires

Overtuigd van de vele voordelen die hieruit voortvloeien, pleiten wij voor de regularisatie van verantwoordelijke cannabisgebruikers in België, in het bijzonder om de interactie van therapeutische en recreatieve gebruikers met de zwarte markt te vermijden, om het misbruik dat de huidige wetgeving veroorzaakt onder cannabisgebruikers aan de kaak te stellen en om van de overheid een eerlijker en effectiever drugbeleid te eisen. Bevorderen van het maatschappelijk debat over hun rechtspositie en die van hun consumenten.

De Belgische drugswetgeving dateert van 1921. "Met deze wet heeft de staat de maffiastructuren onder controle gekregen. Vandaag de dag, met de illegale handel, is er niets onder controle. Wij zijn geen voorstander van de vrije verkoop van cannabis, maar van strikte randvoorwaarden.

Naar onze mening:"Deze petitie is een reactie op de ineffectiviteit van een prohibitionistische houding, die te lang werd gehandhaafd als een dominant paradigma om de vergrijzende kiezers en farmaceutische lobby's tevreden te stellen. Voor ons is de oprichting van deze sociale club over cannabis een vorm van activisme voor de legalisering van cannabis in België. Voor de volgende regionale en federale verkiezingen in 2019 hopen we grote vooruitgang te boeken in deze richting!"

Wij beweren dan ook:

1. De regularisatie en supervisie van de THC-cannabismarkt. 
2. Kwaliteit & belasting van cannabische producten. 
3. De strijd tegen de zwarte markt en criminaliteit. 
4. Promoot het model van sociale cannabisclubs in België en vooral in Brussel! 
5. Eindig met de hypocrisie van CBD cannabis (cannabidiol)
6. Verlichting van de werklast van politie en justitie

Convinced of the many advantages that flow from this, we advocate for the regularization of responsible cannabis users in Belgium, in particular to avoid the interaction of therapeutic and recreational users with the black market, to denounce the abuses that current legislation causes among cannabis users and to demand a fairer and more effective drug policy from the public authorities. Promote social debate on their legal situation and that of their consumers.

Belgian drug legislation dates back to 1921. "With this law, the state has given control to mafia structures. Today, with illegal trafficking, nothing is under control. We are not advocating the free sale of cannabis, but strict framework conditions.

According to us: "This petition is a reaction to the ineffectiveness of a prohibitionist attitude, maintained for too long as a dominant paradigm to satisfy aging voters and pharmaceutical lobbies. For us, the creation of this social club on cannabis is a form of activism for the legalization of cannabis in Belgium. We hope that for the next regional and federal elections in 2019, we can make major progress in this direction!"

So we want :

1. The regularization and supervision of the THC cannabis market. 
2. Quality & taxation of cannabic products. 
3. The fight against the black market & crime. 
4. Promote the model of social cannabis clubs in Belgium and especially in Brussels! 
5. End with the hypocrisy of CBD cannabis (cannabidiol)
6. Lighten the workload of police and judicial authorities
