The new parking policies and rates implemented by PARKWISE that started last October 2, 2017 have tripled both in the commercial parking lot and lot pad. This is making parking unaffordable for the residents, tenants, and guests of SMDC Wind Residences Tagaytay. Parking should be accessible and affordable for everyone. 

All residents and people who disagree with this new implementation, please sign this petition to stop this change! At the beginning of next week this petition will be presented to the administration and council along with the comments to help voice residents' disagreements and concerns about these changes.
