Governor Andy Beshear has asked Kentucky local officials to monitor public parks and, if necessary, shut them down in an effort to enforce social distancing amid the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Unfortunately citizens of Winchester are NOT adhering to social distancing rules. This puts our community at an increased risk for COVID-19.
