This is a reminder that to speak at WEDNESDAY'S 12/14 Chicago Park District Board Meeting, the sign-up period is open for a very limited time, which is NOW through 4:00 pm on MONDAY 12/12/22.

Registration Requirements

Persons who wish to address the Board during the public comment period must submit registration information to the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners or her designee, in one of the following three manners.  Sign-up is on a first come first serve basis and opens Friday morning before the meeting and closes at 4 pm on Monday before the meeting. 

Email Sign-Up

Send an email to signuptospeak@chicagoparkdistrict.com, with the following information:

Name

Contact information (phone and email)

Relevant Title or Park Affiliation (ideas: HP resident, parkgoer, taxpayer, Anti-corruption League card-carrying member, Architecture/Design professional, Architecture enthusiast, Historian, Wedding Photographer, etc. etc.)

Issue to address

Supporting documents can be attached to the email for submission to the Board of Commissioner

The Board Meeting starts at 11:30AM. It will be held at BROADWAY ARMORY PARK 5917 N. Broadway Chicago, IL 60660

Those who are on the list are afforded 2 minutes each to speak toward an effort make the world a better place. If you can, come forward to the front line on this fight. You are needed. Our voices need to be heard.
