Despite Parkland's Board Members being appointed by the Dallas County Commissioner Court, Commissioners apparently have no control over their employees who operate with county tax money. That would be like a parent turning a blind eye or otherwise not caring that his/her children commit a crime (and that's exactly what Parkland did here), and then not accepting legal responsibility for their children. The Dallas County Commissioners need to FIRE their INCOMPETENT AND DANGEROUS Parkland employees and replace them! And this needs to include the sketchy attorneys who lead that corrupt, DUMP OF HORROR like Brenda Neel Hight, Paul Leslie, Debora Davis and Thao La!
