What a total joke! Brenda Neel Hight is a poor excuse for an attorney and she's employed with Dallas County tax money! She obviously conspired with another "prize-winning" Parkland Defense Attorney, Thao La to OBJECT to my receiving a copy of the police complaint I filed on June 28, 2013. I wasn't aware that Parkland Defense Attorneys retained or otherwise even controlled police records. BAD IDEA anyway, with their history of "losing" or allowing their employees to STEAL patient records! I am the Complainant, but Parkland, as a Defendant, by and through its counsel gets to make the decision of whether or not I may have a copy of my own police report? My primary reasons for wanting it were: A) I am clearly at risk for IDENTITY THEFT/FRAUD and B) I am clearly at risk for a HATE CRIME due to what is identified in my medical record about 500X!!
