According to the State Bar of Texas, Ms. Brenda Neel Hight (Bar Card No. 09607400) is a Government Lawyer for Dallas County Hospital District. Ms. Hight committed fraud by deliberately using return contact information (i.e. telephone and fax numbers) upon which I later relied in changing my address. This caused me to divulge my private and personal information to a non-relevant party, who still remains unknown. This also strictly violates the county's own policy for transparency in their organization. Ms. Hight should face disciplinary action from both the Texas Bar and Dallas County for intentionally concealing a public entity's correct contact information. It definitely lacks ethics on her part as a licensed professional too.
