Today, I filed a complaint with the Texas Bar against Parkland's in-house defense attorney, Brenda Neel Hight for misconduct. Ms. Hight deliberately and fraudulently used another person's (return) contact details on the letter head in which she authored, that caused me to divulge my personal and private information in the form of a facsimile transmission. I relied upon the fact that Ms. Hight, as an attorney, was honest and forthright. I apparently was mistaken. Ms. Hight has not and refuses to tell me to whom that fax number belongs, as she herself has no clue either. The only thing Ms. Hight in fact knows, is that the fax number on her letter to me DID NOT BELONG TO HER!
