Hi, in January I joined Elite Fitness in Hoults Yard, Newcastle upon Tyne. 

Throughout January I parked outside of the unit itself in the pitch black car park and was unaware that any payment was required.

It turns out a £1 payment was for the time I was in the unit. I received about 5 or 6 of these letters all within about 3 days of each other.

I REFUSE to pay as the parking facilities I parked in were pitch black and NO signs were visible due to the bad lighting! Had I known I would not have parked there.

Now Parking Eye claim to want £100 for each letter I have received, and I want as many people to sign this petition to tell them where they can stick it! Why should we have to pay for something when they cant provide sufficient lighting and signage?! Shitty parking firms like this make a killing off innocent people like us due to them not being able to provide sufficient services!
