Did you know the Co-op won’t give you a hearing if you request one?

Did you know that for 45 years members were not entitled to Due Process, a basic American right?

Reginald Ferguson, a Saturday Squad Leader for over 20 years, was asked to step down from his position without a hearing for playing the music too loud. When he was ignored, he submitted an agenda item requesting for all members to receive Due Process. His amendment was passed. When he went to utilize it, he was told he couldn’t.
