We are thrilled to share that last night, the County of Brant Council voted to approve our Noise Exemption permit for amplified music at Paris Drinks Fest.

Because of this, Paris Drinks Fest WILL return to Syl Apps in 2026.

Over six incredible years in Paris, Ontario we have built something truly special and because of you we are able to continue! This festival means the world to us, and we are immensely proud of the community it has created.

We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who rallied behind us following the original rejection of our permit application in December. Your support through emails to Councillors, social posts, signing this petition, and sheer determination to keep Paris Drinks Fest in Paris has made this possible. A special thank you to Moira Kenyon, who launched this petition calling on Council to reverse their vote, which gathered nearly 1,900 signatures.

We also sincerely thank Councillors Kyle, MacAlpine, and Oakley for their continued support, as well as the Mayor and Councillors Howes, Peirce, Chambers, Miller, and Coleman who listened to the voices of the communities they represent. To everyone who advocated, shared, showed up, and believed in this festival, we cannot thank you enough.
