There will be an on-site Section 34 conciliation conference for the proposed 54–64 Barry Street development this Friday, 10 July 2026, at 9:30am at 54–64 Barry Street, Neutral Bay.

Up to six residents representing the most directly affected neighbouring properties will be invited to speak to the Commissioner (Judge) about the impacts of the proposal. We would greatly appreciate your attendance to help demonstrate the significant ongoing community interest in this matter.

Please note that attendees who are not registered to speak are asked to attend as observers only and to follow the Commissioner's directions throughout the proceedings. We also ask that everyone maintains the constructive and respectful approach that has characterised our community response throughout this process.

For those unfamiliar with the process, this is a court proceeding. The developer has appealed to the Land and Environment Court after the Council refused the proposal on 16 separate grounds.
