Please Attend the On-Site Court Hearing for 54–64 Barry Street – Friday 10 July, 9:30am

Thank you again for supporting our petition regarding the proposed 54–64 Barry Street development.

Your support helped demonstrate the depth of community concern and ensured that local voices were heard as part of the assessment process. After carefully considering the application, the North Sydney Council Local Planning Panel refused the development on 16 separate grounds.

The applicant has now appealed that decision to the Land and Environment Court.

The next and most important stage of the process is an on-site Section 34 conciliation conference, to be held:

Up to six residents representing the most directly affected neighbouring properties will be invited to speak before the Commissioner about the impacts of the proposal.

If you are available, we would greatly appreciate your attendance. Your attendance will help demonstrate the significant ongoing community interest in this proposal.

Please note that attendees who are not registered to speak are asked to attend as observers only and to follow the Commissioner's directions throughout the proceedings.
