With the rampant Delta spread , and the mask mandates are getting too political, as a parent to keep our children safer we are requesting to continue with virtual option for schools at least till all the delta variants peak and subside.
Parents are torn between deciding those young ones unvaccinated being sent to school and also older kids though vaccinated are prone for high spread especially whenever masks cannot be used .
The Burden currently is huge on hospitals and as Physician I feel once the infectivity goes below 5% it would be safe to open school with all necessary precautions.
