The Homeowners of Cypress Trails located within the confines of Nocatee are dissatisfied with the look and condition of the asphalt roads and curbs within the community.

Our neighborhood is in the final stages of construction and the condition of the streets and curbs need to be addressed.  They have gouges, divots, cracks and stains from the various construction trades building within the community. 

The homeowners of Cypress Trails take pride in their homes and are building strong bonds within the community as well as the surrounding areas.  We contribute via taxes to Duval County to include CDD infrastructure fees and want to be a positive addition to the current and future Nocatee communities.  We believe it is imperative that the streets and curbs be corrected so that the community can flourish in a aesthetically pleasing manner.
