Within almost no time, Paramount Pictures had acquired the film rights and named a producer who saw great potential in the story as a big franchise. Ten years and another seven installments later (with a ninth on its way next year), that is the only piece of information about the film that fans of the bestselling series have been given and appears to be the only one we're getting - a list of upcoming Paramount movies going up till past 2019 has failed to name H.I.V.E. (http://www.boxofficemojo.com/schedule/?view=distributor&id=paramount.htm ).The only way to encourage Paramount into producing what promises to be a brilliant family film is to show how many people want it to happen.
