For reasons yet unknown, Paramount seem to have dropped the Friday the 13th reboot from their production schedule. This is just weeks after the announcement that filming would begin in March for an October 13th release. This was to be the 13th movie of the franchise and the same year as the impending Friday the 13th video game.

Paramount, we implore you to continue production, even if delayed. Give us the next installment of the Friday the 13th saga.
