Since Cassandra and Bobby Bender has became property management at Paradise Villiage, life has been no paradise! She has made summer break miserable for our children by taking their money and closing the pool. She has called the police on our children and claimed that she owns the park and she doesn’t want our children in the park, around the office or the mailboxes, or at the gazebo because they are too noisy! This is a community and we have children. Children are noisy and they are especially noisy when they are playing outside (this is why when indoors we tell them to use their indoor voice). Mr. and Mrs. Bender have not been present for countless incidents where children have gone missing, pipes have busted, gas leaks were discovered, etc. They do not care enough to work with clients that fall into a rough spot and need a little time and they have evicted some people illegally! They have threatened and given fines which are illegal! They have bullied the residents here and lied to prospective residents by stating there are no trailers for sale when there are several! They have approved trailers with major flaws such as bathtubs and pipes that leak! They have created eyesores and dangerous environments for our children by leaving trailers half dismembered for extended periods of time. They have their daughters working for the office, one of which is underage and is left in charge of the park. How can it be ok to run a park at 17 when you can’t watch your own kids swim at the pool (on the rare occasion it is open) until you are 21? They claim to be the best but they lied! They have been disrespectful to many residents both new and old! In signing this petition, we ask that the offices that are in charge send us a property manager that cares about making our homes paradise! You have to give respect to receive it!
