Community Management group, inc. has abused the residents of Paradise Colony for far too long-with the blessing of the HOA; poor facility maintenance- selectively ignoring landscaping and building upkeep (roofing, paint/structural) and cleanliness (pigeon poop, etc) ; inadequate , slow (if any) and belligerent (at times) response to complaints/ problems; illegally allowing malicious, rogue and predatory tow company (Code Blue Towing) complete 24 hr access to secured parking areas, to act as an “independent agent “, illegally “cruising” our parking lot at will and wrongly towing vehicles without consent; tyrannical, and rude officers;  selective enforcement (Community management group ); Allowing security gates to stand open for more than two months ( Sept-Oct-Nov 2018) ; Raising HOA fees with NO improvement in services; Generally illegally exploiting the residents of Paradise Colony for ill-gotten gains and mishandling of funds resulting in the raising HOA fees twice in one year; these and other malfeasances have reduced the security and sense of well being that we, the residents pay so handsomely for.... therefore, we demand an immediate audit of all monies  received and expended by the HOA and Community Management Group,inc.(sub-standard) and removal of said management company from continuing their ongoing (failed fiduciary), exploitative assaults on the residents herein.
