#BiennalYe Petition Re-Opened #PREACH
Feb 26, 2015 — After a period of dormancy following the appointment of Okwui Enwezor to curate the The 56th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia (2015), the time is ripe to re-open the campaign to appoint Kanye West as a future Artistic Director of the Biennale.
The #BiennalYe campaign has now expanded its horizons. The petition will be maintained in perpetuity until Ye is finally appointed to his deserved role.
#BiennalYe will now accept West's appointment to the position of Artistic Director of either the Art or Architecture Biennales, being equally placed, as he is, to lead both.
Let's allow West his deserved opportunity to pop a wheelie on the zeitgeist.
