It’s been 15 years since being gluten free was mainstream and more accepted in society. With popular chains having gluten free bread on their menus, Panera has yet to do this even though they have promised it for many years.

Signing up will hopefully allow representatives of the company to see that allowing gluten free foods such as pastries and bread will allow people to feel included. Most gluten free/celiac people don’t go to the chain because of the hurt they feel because the bread they serve is normative, yet gluten free people cannot control their allergy. Hopefully panera can start serving sandwiches and pastries gluten free!!!
