It has come to my attention, that my absolute favorite Panera Menu item has been taken off the menu. This perfect sandwich with Egg Whites, Pesto, Spinach,  Delicious Cheese and Warm Crispy Bread is truly a one of a kind sandwich. Not only is it ridiculously delicious, but it's also on the healthier side, and has been my favorite since I was a little kid.  It's not just a sandwich. It's memories. After my little league soccer games- I would get a Mediterranean Egg White Sandwich. When I got my first job, I got a Mediterranean Egg White Sandwich. Before my final exams, I would get a Mediterranean Egg White Sandwich. This breakfast sandwich changed my life- and made me look forward to go to Panera. I promise you it is too delicious to just let go into oblivion. Let's save the best breakfast sandwich to ever be served at Panera Bread.
