As the vegetarian and vegan communities are growing, they are looking for restaurants to eat at! By providing a suitable vegetarian/vegan option, such as Gardein meat substitutes or veggie based options, you would greatly increase the amount of people who could eat at your restaurant. Many other fast food restaurants, such as Chipotle and Blaze Pizza have had huge success with adding vegan options to their menus, such as Sofritas and vegan cheese.

I believe that adding vegan options to your menu would be a great marketing move and a way to improve profits for your company, as it would widen your market greatly. You could offer Gardein Orange 'Chicken'! 

Please add vegetarian or preferably some vegan options to your menu. This should be an easy addiiton, as Asian cuisine is one of the easiest to make without animal products.

Some potential ideas:

• Modify your current Eggplant dish to be vegan.
• Add Gardein or Beyond Meat substitutes to your menu.
• Offer other unique tofu or veggie based dishes.
