Pampers has recently changed the formulation of their Swaddlers and Sensitive Swaddlers. The new formulation has a chemical smell that was not evident before, leaks horribly overnight and leaves irritating crystals on our babies bottoms. Prior to this change, they were the perfect diapers for day and night. We loved these diapers so much that the thought of finding a new brand seems much more daunting than approaching Pampers to revert back to the old formula. Pampers: your customer service department smothering us with coupons is not what we want. Why would we want more of a product we hate? Please change back to the old formulation so we can continue using our beloved perfect Pampers Swaddlers. Moms: join us in reminding Pampers how loyal we are to a product that works and a company that listens to us!
