The Retreat at Millbrook is planning to expand development to two additional structures lakefront and three additional structures in the lot across route 507 that was previously designated as green space. Development will include over 80,000 square feet of buildings and parking lots, only 20’ off of Millbrook Homeowner Association’s lake-side property line.  

The Palmyra Township’s Planning Commission is meeting on December 8th and the Board of Supervisors is meeting on December 15th.  Please sign this petition to prevent over-crowding of Millbrook Cove by December 15th. Please share this petition to friends and neighbors of Millbrook Cove.
