Over the years, we have seen countless accidents occur at this intersection. Unfortunately, some have been fatal. Having to yield to oncoming traffic makes it extremely difficult to turn when you cannot see the traffic coming in front of you. I work at a business down the street and I see an accident at this intersection at least once a month and I know it is because of the yield signal. 

We need to let the city of Palm Springs know to change this light signal from yield to arrows only if we want to stop these accidents from happening. We all know this is the only solution we have for the city to even consider changing this dangerous intersection. There have been far too many accidents and it is unfortunate to see that after all of that, nothing has been done. We need as many signatures as we can to have the city notice how dangerous this intersection really is.
