Action Physical Therapy has been the provider for the Palm beach county schools teams and sports for over 25 years . It is a local small business with multiple locations   that has helped rehabilitate 1000’s of athletes and families with athletic training, physical therapy  and chiropractic care . The current school board has voted to use a large hospital  system for the next school year .
