4/27/2020 The Bankruptcy Trustee formally filed the Compromised Settlement Agreement with the Bankruptcy Court. In this agreement the City is requesting to be removed as a secured debtor, removing their lien on the property. In return the Trustee is proposing to allow the City to "take" the items from Laza's property at the Tax Payer's expense. in a since clearing it for the Trustee to Auction the Land. In return the Trustee agreed to dismiss both Laza's Appeal and Civil Rights Case.

5/7/2020 Laza filed an objection and made a monitory offer to pay the creditors and buy back the Assets including the Appeal and Civil Rights Case.
