Pakistan is offering Biotechnology degrees from 2002 approximately, but the use of biotechnology techniques was commercialized from 1985 in mostly our agricultural sectors, According to our survey in social media pages and groups we came to know that almost 50,000 graduates in Biotechnology are unemployed in Pakistan, if they are offering Degree then why not Job in public/governmental sectors, why Biotechnology is not included in FPSC, SPSC, PPSC, and other organizations like PAEC, PCSIR, and PARC.

If HEC is offering Biotechnology degree in universities then our governments must think about the future of their students, Governments must establish or renew their industries, then where biotechnology techniques could be used and people graduates in biotechnology might find a job in their country, many students are going abroad after their graduation and serving other countries, in the current scenario of pandemic like covid-19, locust issue , these both pandemics require biotechnologists to work in industry and labs to support that issue..

Please Support us to for the rights for the biotechnology graduates in Pakistan.
