Salaam Ya Ali a.s Madad Re: Syed Muhammed Sibtain Kazmi We are saddened to inform you that Unfortunately the application to release Moulana Sibtain has been refused. It seems the other party is influential and quite threatening and therefore the Judge is intimated to make a ruling at this stage. We have now been given a actual trial start date of 23rd of the month. We have now discussed and decided to appeal this decision in the high court and if necessary in the supreme court as we feel this is a incorrect decision based on law. There is no evidence in the case. But this process will run along side the trial date. I know this is very disheartening news but rest assured we have the best team of people working on this and InshAllah we will eventually win the case but unfortunately this will take some more time. As you can understand these appeals and the trial will have added cost implications so therefore we are putting a humble request out to for those who want to contribute funds, they will be welcomed. So far we've spent nearly £13,000 on lawyer/barrister fees alone. Also, we will not be applying for bail as the situation in Pakistan is too dangerous outside of the prison and his security will be a big concern.
