BOYS & GIRLS CLUB – PARENT MTG 8/2/22 – PLEASE ADD AGENDA ITEMS
We wanted to send a summer update, and the link to add Agenda items for our next Parent Meeting at the Yosemite Clubhouse on Tuesday, 8/2/22 at 6:00pm.
We continue to push for CLARITY and TRANSPARENCY on the financial health of our Pacifica clubs.
The 8/2 agenda was sent out today (7/27) by the B & G Club, with no prior request from parents to add items, so I will paste the link from B & G Club here, for people to fill out: (hope the link works!).

Here is what I emailed to Mandy Lipp today for added agenda items.
Hi Mandy,
I was very surprised that parents were not asked for our input, for the upcoming B & G Club mtg on 8/2/22.
As you know, we have been working very hard to gain clarity, and a plan, on keeping the Pacifica Clubhouses open.
Can you please add this to the agenda for the meeting on 8/2/22:
1). Current Pacifica clubhouse financials - Has the Board approved the budget for 2022-2023? Please provide us copies of adopted 2022 budget
2) Fundraising report/plan. Foundations, bingo, spaghetti feed.
3) A full year of meetings scheduled so parents can plan.
4) A formal discussion regarding the creation of the Parent Advisory Board and formal minutes being taken at each meeting.
5) Who are the current Board Members for the Pacifica clubhouses?
6) From your June 13th meeting minutes - has the B & G Portal been updated?
7) Also from the June 13th minutes, you stated "Next Steps and Follow up" - can you inform us of what those next steps might be?
